Here are some answers to the most commonly asked questions by patients:


Do I have to be an established patient of Palmetto Primary Care Physicians to visit your urgent care center?

No. Our walk-in urgent care services are available to all patients. However, if you are an established Palmetto Primary Care Physicians patient, your primary care provider will be notified of your visit and test results, as well as notes from your visit will be shared with them to ensure that you receive the appropriate follow-up care.



Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment or call ahead is needed prior to visiting our urgent care clinic.  We gladly accept walk-ins from 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week.



What is my co-pay for a visit?

While your co-pay is dependent on your insurance plan – our affiliation with Palmetto Primary Care Physicians allows us to collect a primary care visit co-pay for your visit.



Will you send my records to my primary care provider?

If you are an established Palmetto Primary Care Physicians patient, your visit, along with notes and test results will be sent to your primary care provider.  If this is your first visit with Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, we will be unable to send your notes and test results to your primary care provider.
